Saved by a Saint is #136 in the Camfield series and was published in December 1994. The disillusioned Marquis of Melverley left London for his country estate and saved Christina from an unwanted suitor. She helps him when his evil cousin threatens his life to a glorious conclusion in this regency story.
This simple cover fits the smaller size that is now illustrating the books. We see the hero climbing in through an opening of a barn to help save the heroine! Both wear daytime garb and the heroine may even be wearing a nightgown!
