Love at the Ritz
Love at the Ritz is #122 in the Camfield series and was published in October 1993. Vilma is intrigued about the new Ritz Hotel being built in Paris and comes to find out that one of the chandeliers is based on one from her father's Parisian house! While touring the hotel, a fellow Englishman saves her from some unwanted advances. He has his own troubles but thinks the pretty girl is the daughter of an electrician!
This is a pretty cover where we see our hero watching the heroine clean one of the magnificent chandeliers and probably wondering who she really is! I like her blue Edwardian gown and her golden hair blends in with the light and the curtains. The assumption that she is a tradesman's daughter is understandable.
